We always pitch that US Student Housing Investment is recession proof and an excellent alternative to traditional fixed income investments. As we look back in the past 2 years, bulk of Class A Student Housing assets maintain >90% occupancy, with rental increases. This is particularly true for high ranking colleges which we are targeting.
