Despite the challenging environment in the US, International investors remain a key source of investor for US commercial real estate investments in 2020. Foreign buyers were the only investor group besides owner-occupiers who bought more US real estate than they sold last year. Inflow from South Korea and Singapore increased by 48% compared to 2019.
